About the role
BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled private duty nursing in home care. You will travel to client homes, follow doctors' orders, and deliver one‑to‑one compassionate care.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to assigned client homes and provide scheduled nursing care.
- Execute and document physicians' orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma.
- Current LPN license in good standing in the state.
Required skills
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
