LPN - Home Care Nurse

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team in the Myrtle Beach area. You will provide one‑to‑one home care, following doctors' orders and documenting patient conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned client homes on a schedule you help create.
• Execute and document physicians' orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.

Required skills

• Ability to perform patient assessments and document care.
• Knowledge of doctors' orders and home health protocols.
