NetSuite Developer / Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer / Engineer to provide ongoing technical support and development for our Oracle NetSuite ERP system. This remote position involves troubleshooting, script maintenance, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of our NetSuite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and modify SuiteScript 2.x customizations, including records, forms, workflows, and scripts.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes.
• Deploy scripts across Development, Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments following change‑management procedures.
• Support third‑party integrations, maintain API connections, and troubleshoot synchronization errors.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for scripts, customizations, and deployments.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, able to manage multiple support requests, development tasks, and deployments simultaneously.
