About the role
We are seeking a .Net Fullstack Developer to join our Specialty Property team in Fairfield, California. The role supports product developers, actuaries, risk modelers, underwriters and data analysts by maintaining and enhancing critical insurance tools.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance software tools for insurance product development, underwriting workflows and risk management.
- Develop and integrate solutions using RESTful APIs, internal services and third‑party services.
- Automate business processes through services, scheduled jobs, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Support in‑house desktop applications (WinForms/WPF) and implement enhancements.
- Collaborate with DBAs and other engineers to ensure data integrity, reliability and performance.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET, C# and .NET.
- Proficiency with front‑end technologies such as jQuery or React.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL) and RESTful API integration.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a collaborative team.
