About the role

Join Lehigh Valley Health Network’s advanced neonatal team in Allentown, providing top‑tier care for newborns in a Level IV NICU. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will work alongside skilled clinicians to deliver critical care to the most vulnerable patients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform neonatal resuscitation and procedures on term, preterm, and extremely low birth weight infants.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat critically ill newborns.
• Teach pediatric residents and NNP students.
• Support parents and guardians in caring for their infants.
• Provide critical care transport of infants via air and ground to the Level IV NICU.

Required profile

• Nationally certified and state licensed Registered Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a provider in a Level III or IV Neonatal ICU.

Required skills

• Neonatal resuscitation.
