National Product Manager – Trailer Storage Solutions

About the role

The National Product Manager – Trailer Storage Solutions leads the strategy, pricing and performance of Ryder’s trailer storage product line across the United States. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the role ensures the trailer fleet is used profitably for storage applications while meeting customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profitability goals by collaborating with regional staff and allocating resources to meet objectives.
• Support asset appearance and maintenance, coordinating inventory management and policies with regional directors and rental managers.
• Deliver promised services to customers, ensuring satisfaction through timely maintenance and rental commitments.
• Oversee quality inspections, implement corrective actions, and maintain compliance with safety, state, EPA and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to represent Ryder professionally and interact with customers at all levels.
• Strong understanding of labor, financial, operating, quality, safety and asset metrics.
• Demonstrated personal accountability and track record of achieving results.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with reporting systems for data analysis.
