National Manager, A&D & Commercial Sales

About the role

The National Manager, A&D & Commercial Sales drives specification activity, commercial project development, revenue growth, and market share across Architectural & Design and Commercial sales channels. This senior leader oversees a team of channel managers, partners with national accounts, and champions high‑performing sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase specification activity and commercial project opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop A&D and Commercial Sales Representatives, conducting field travel and joint sales calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, builders, and general contractors.
• Collaborate with National Accounts Manager to maximize national account opportunities.
• Support project tracking, specification conversion, and pipeline visibility.

Required profile

• Hands‑on sales leader with proven experience in specification‑driven selling and commercial project development.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with key decision‑makers in the building‑materials sector.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and market penetration across multiple territories.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quartz and porcelain surfacing products.
• Experience in the architectural, design, or broader building‑materials industry.
