Brand Ambassador – Field Sales (Pompano Beach, FL)

About the role

Renuity is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent our home‑improvement brands at in‑store events and local marketing campaigns across South Florida. You will engage directly with customers, showcase premium windows, doors, and bath solutions, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Renuity at retail events, pop‑ups, and community marketing activities.
• Deliver confident product presentations and educate customers on home‑renovation options.
• Collect and qualify leads for follow‑up by the sales department.
• Travel within the local area to attend events and store placements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working in a performance‑based environment.
• Willingness to learn, be coached, and grow within the company.
• Availability on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) with flexible weekday options.
