Territory Sales Manager

About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager you will be the front‑line champion of the CELSIUS® brand across grocery, convenience and food‑service channels in South Florida. You’ll execute retail sales strategies, grow distributor relationships and ensure optimal product placement through frequent store visits.

Key responsibilities

• Drive "perfect store" execution by expanding SKU distribution, shelf space, displays and promotional activities.
• Visit 12‑15 retail locations daily to build relationships and capture sales opportunities.
• Represent the brand in grocery, convenience and food‑service channels, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with distributors to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate field‑sales reporting and update CRM data regularly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in consumer goods sales, preferably beverage or distributor sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR screening.
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face customer interaction and delivering presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
