Mobile Nurse (LPN/LVN) - Per Diem In-Home Services

About the role

IQVIA's In-Home Clinical Solutions team is looking for a qualified Mobile Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver in-home clinical services to patients starting therapy with complex medications. The role is per diem and travel-based, visiting patient homes for services such as phlebotomy, EKGs and macular edema screenings. Hours are flexible, there is no minimum monthly visit requirement, and IQVIA handles scheduling and patient communication.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, label and transport blood specimens according to network policies and regulatory standards
• Follow laboratory safety and handling procedures and deliver specimens to designated labs
• Perform trained screenings, including EKGs and macular edema exams (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and monitor clinical supply inventory
• Work with the clinical coordination team to complete visit paperwork accurately and on time
• Report adverse events, product complaints and patient inquiries, and keep mileage and time logs

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• At least 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification preferred
• Valid driver's license, able to lift 70 pounds and willing to travel up to 100 miles; drug screen and background check after offer
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
