ABA Therapy Student Analyst / Program Manager

About the role

Join BIG as a Student Analyst to provide ABA therapy while earning supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification. This full‑time hybrid position balances graduate coursework with client care across in‑person and telehealth settings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload delivering 1:1 intervention, caregiver training, and participation in social‑skills groups.
• Earn supervised fieldwork hours under BCBA/BCBA‑D supervision, with opportunities for unrestricted hours.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, monitor progress, and assist with functional behavior assessments.
• Develop treatment‑plan components and document clinical work in Central Reach and related systems.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to support goal generalization across settings.
• Participate in supervision meetings, case reviews, and team‑based learning.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a graduate behavior‑analysis program, or a bachelor’s degree with ≥2 years RBT experience, or a BCaBA in good standing.
• Complete California LiveScan, mandated‑reporter training, and 40‑hour RBT training before start.
• Obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire and adhere to BACB ethical standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Central Reach.
• Experience using Motivity, AlohaABA, and Microsoft Suite.
• Data collection and progress‑monitoring techniques.

What we offer

• Base salary $60,000–$70,000 /year plus $2/hour bonus for billable hours over 100 per month.
