Remote Therapist (LCSW/LMFT) – California

About the role

The Psychotherapist will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based clinical care to individuals in outpatient programs, providing both individual and group therapy remotely. This master’s‑level clinician will conduct comprehensive intake assessments and ensure timely documentation to maintain continuity of care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using empirically supported treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Participate in clinical supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings.
• Follow structured therapy protocols and program models to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Respond to clinical crises and adhere to risk‑management procedures.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current independent clinical licensure in California (LCSW or LMFT) with at least 2 years post‑licensure experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence‑based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma‑related disorders, and proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Preferred: experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), or hospital settings, and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations.

What we offer
