Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Setter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Setter to join our family‑owned brokerage and direct lending company. This phone‑based sales position works with warm inbound leads, qualifies business owners, gathers complete funding submissions, and hands off qualified files to our closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify warm inbound funding leads.
• Build relationships with business owners and assess funding eligibility.
• Collect completed applications and required business bank statements.
• Review bank statements to identify fundable opportunities and follow up on incomplete submissions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update pipelines, and coordinate with closers and submission specialists.
• Meet activity and submission goals while communicating professionally via phone, email, and text.

Required profile

• Previous MCA experience as a Setter, Sales Representative, or Funding Specialist.
• Strong understanding of the MCA funding process, including factor rates, holdbacks, and stacking.
• Ability to review and evaluate business bank statements.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and follow‑ups.
• Self‑motivated, independent worker with excellent written and verbal English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably GoHighLevel).
• Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Familiarity with phone and SMS communication tools and email platforms.

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $7 to $10 based on experience.
• Performance‑based bonuses for funded deals and additional monthly bonuses tied to overall performance.
