Merchandiser – Colorado Springs (Full‑time)

About the role

Breakthru Beverage is seeking a hands‑on Merchandiser to showcase its beverage brands across Colorado Springs. You will travel to customer locations, build eye‑catching displays, manage inventory and ensure product placement aligns with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and promotional materials.
• Manage POS material and execute store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings and report out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Maintain safe handling of alcoholic beverages and conduct responsible interactions with the public.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and lift 45‑65 lb.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, reach and climb ladders.
• Capability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb regularly.

• Hourly wage of $20.00.
