Member Assist Cart Attendant

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Sam’s Club team as Member Assist Cart Attendants. In this role you will be the first and last point of contact for members, ensuring a clean, organized parking area and helping them load purchases into their vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy, member‑ready parking lot and ensure carts and flatbeds are readily available.
• Greet members, assist with loading items into vehicles, and answer questions about club services.
• Handle club pick‑up orders: notify members of delays, suggest alternatives for out‑of‑stock items, and dispense products at pickup.
• Process member purchases and payments using cash registers in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow merchandise handling procedures, and report unsafe conditions.
• Resolve member issues promptly and promote Sam’s Club products and services.
