Medical Science Liaison – Hematology & Oncology (NW US)

About the role

Under the guidance of the Director, Field Medical Lead for Hematology & Oncology, the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will manage field medical activities across the Northwest US territory, focusing on hematology and oncology (AML, MDS, ALL, CCA). The MSL serves as a scientific bridge between Servier and healthcare providers, delivering credible expertise and supporting company strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage key opinion leaders, conduct scientific exchange on disease areas, therapeutic mechanisms, clinical data, and Servier’s pipeline.
• Support company‑sponsored and investigator‑sponsored studies by identifying sites, facilitating trial initiation, monitoring accrual, and communicating insights.
• Generate and distribute insight reports, educate internal stakeholders, and participate in cross‑functional meetings while ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• Accredited doctorate degree in a life‑science or basic‑science discipline (MD, DO, PharmD, DNP, D.Sc, or Ph.D.).
• Experience as an MSL in hematology/oncology, preferably with product launch exposure.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to present scientific information clearly, and collaborate within a team.
• Understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks governing HCP interactions.
