Medical Lab Technician/MT Generalist – Evening Shift – Full Time

About the role

Perform laboratory procedures to generate results used by providers for diagnosis and treatment. Work independently with minimal supervision on high‑complexity, moderate‑complexity, and waived testing in the assigned department.

Key responsibilities

• Execute laboratory tests using advanced instrumentation and follow standard operating procedures.
• Verify, confirm, and report results, monitoring for reasonableness and critical values.
• Conduct quality control, troubleshoot instrument issues, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Provide orientation and training to new employees or students.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or specialized diploma meeting CLIA MLT regulations.
• Less than 1 year of experience with a clinical laboratory internship.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific documents and basic English.
• Dependable, flexible schedule and ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 40‑50 lb.
