Join a global community dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative imaging solutions. As a Medical Imaging Field Engineer 2, you will work on‑site in the Oxnard, CA area, providing expert service and support for Siemens Healthcare multi‑modality equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens imaging systems at customer sites.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance for the territory, including revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.
• Maintain company assets such as a vehicle, cell phone, computer, tools, and spare parts.
• Establish and sustain professional relationships with customers and internal peers while completing required administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Proven ability to perform service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on medical imaging devices with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned service area.
• High school diploma required; technical associate degree preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with service tools and test equipment.
• Experience using network applications such as eVO, mButler, Concur, and the NAM Customer Service portal.
• Competence in MS Office applications.
• General understanding of electricity, power supplies, and grounding principles.
