Medical Doctor – Concierge Primary Care (Healthspan Focus)

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Doctor to join our concierge primary‑care practice that delivers proactive, data‑driven healthspan optimization. The practice focuses on longitudinal, personalized care rather than episodic disease management, and offers physicians full clinical autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a small, highly engaged patient panel with 6‑10 patients per day.
• Conduct and interpret DEXA scans, VO₂ max tests, resting metabolic rate assessments, and cognitive evaluations.
• Order and analyze expanded blood panels and repeat laboratory testing every 4‑6 months.
• Develop individualized prevention, nutrition, and exercise prescriptions based on longitudinal data.
• Provide thoughtful, unhurried clinical conversations and long‑term follow‑up.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or DO) – recent graduates and experienced physicians are welcome.
• Commitment to evidence‑based, proactive medicine.
• Interest in longevity, preventive health, and lifestyle medicine.
