Medical Assistant/CNA (PRN) – Family Medicine

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant/CNA on a PRN basis to support its Family Medicine practice in Spanish Fork. The role involves providing high‑quality patient care, assisting providers, and ensuring smooth clinic operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interview patients, verify information, document medical histories, and reconcile medication lists.
• Obtain vital signs, perform preliminary assessments, and conduct basic clinical tests.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, injections, and other clinical tasks as directed.
• Handle incoming calls, triage messages, and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
• Communicate lab results, diagnostic findings, and provider instructions within scope of practice.
• Schedule referrals, diagnostic testing, follow‑up appointments, and process prescription requests.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, pharmacies, and obtain prior authorizations when needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and keep accurate medical records.
• Maintain current CPR certification and other required credentials.

Required profile

• Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy clinical setting.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient service and teamwork.

Required skills

• CPR certification (current).
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Proficiency in basic clinical procedures and vital sign collection.
