About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus Vascular Surgery team as a Medical Assistant. This full‑time, day‑shift position supports caregivers in delivering top‑quality care to a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with screenings, treatments, specimen collection, and documentation of patient care.
  • Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition.
  • Maintain equipment, medical supplies, and examination areas.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.

Required profile

  • Graduate of an approved medical assisting program or military training as a hospital Corpsman, Combat Medic, or Medical Service Technician.
  • Completion of a clinical externship or extensive clinical experience.
  • Medical Assisting certification preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or to be obtained during new‑hire period).
