Media Associate – Integrated Media

About the role

The Media Associate serves as the operational hub for integrated media programs, linking external agencies with internal brand teams to ensure timely campaign launches, accurate creative delivery, and precise financial tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with media agencies, gathering campaign requirements and maintaining master campaign calendars.
• Build and deliver creative workbooks, manage end‑to‑end asset trafficking across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Input and reconcile media authorizations, monitor agency spend against approved budgets, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Collect weekly performance data, maintain organized internal folders and databases for briefs, assets, and reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience (or high‑level internships) in media agency, marketing, or production environments requiring rigorous project management.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex workstreams between external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical and financial information to creative partners and brand leads.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
