Mechanical Assembly Technician

About the role

Rinvio is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to perform hands‑on industrial assembly work in Houston, Texas. The position offers a $20 per hour wage and a full‑time schedule with potential overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Build and assemble industrial mechanical products, including valve‑related components, actuators, and accessories, following work instructions and production standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, gauges, and measuring equipment to ensure accurate assembly.
• Review work orders, parts lists, drawings, and quality requirements before and during production.
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for cleanliness, fit, alignment, defects, labeling, and overall quality.
• Support testing, packaging, staging, material movement, and other production tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while communicating issues to leads or supervisors.

Required profile

• Experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, production, industrial assembly, warehouse, valve/actuator assembly, or related hands‑on mechanical work.
• Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, gauges, fixtures, and basic measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow written instructions, work orders, safety rules, and quality procedures.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, reach, and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable transportation to the Houston area and dependability in attendance and safety.
