About the role
The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs is hiring a Mechanic Helper for its A/C (HVAC) department within Engineering. This is a regular position with no past work experience required.
Required profile
- No prior work experience required.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to communicate verbally and non-verbally with internal and external customers.
- Valid West Virginia driver's license.
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly, walk, stand, climb ladders, scaffolding and stairs continuously, and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to follow general instructions and make independent decisions; able to work independently.
- Overtime required.
Work conditions
- Hot, cold, dirty and wet environments.
- Long hours, working in high places and on scaffolding.
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment preferred.
