Measurement Success Manager

About the role

Magellan AI is seeking a Measurement Success Manager to help clients track and maximize the value of their podcast advertising campaigns. This fully remote, US‑based position combines client support, data analysis, and training.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email and support channels.
• Set up measurement for campaigns across advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead Zoom trainings to help clients navigate the platform and interpret results.
• Build spreadsheets that simplify complex datasets for reporting and insights.
• Support QA efforts to guarantee data accuracy for clients.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes as the client base expands.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar client‑facing measurement or analytics role.
• Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets formulas.
• Curiosity, clear communication, and detail‑oriented work style.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and stay organized across multiple accounts.
