MBA Associate – Business Strategy & Operations (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

Rapsodo is seeking a high‑potential MBA Associate to support its North America General Manager for a 12‑month contract. The role offers accelerated exposure to commercial strategy, business operations, and executive decision‑making within a fast‑growing global sports‑technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager, North America, to drive strategic initiatives and priority projects.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research, turning insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Analyze operational, commercial, and financial performance to spot trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Prepare business cases, financial analyses, executive presentations, and reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Support evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives through structured analysis.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, modelling, content creation, and overall productivity.

Required profile

• MBA candidate or recent MBA graduate from a reputable university.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another quantitative discipline preferred.
• Approximately 4–6 years of professional experience in engineering, consulting, strategy, business operations, project management, finance, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
