Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the role

Locala, the world's leading adaptive advertising platform, is hiring a highly organized and financially minded Marketing Operations Coordinator. This is a unique hybrid role that blends marketing operations, budget management, cross-functional liaison duties and executive support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strong with numbers and keeps teams organized and processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Budget ownership and tracking: fully own and track the US marketing budget, manage the marketing ledger, input all purchases and give leadership real-time visibility of annual marketing spend.
• Contract and invoice management: process invoices, manage vendor contracts and ensure marketing purchases are executed accurately.
• Cross-functional liaison: act as the main contact between Marketing and Finance and Legal, keeping contracts, budgets and workflows compliant and clear.
• Executive assistance: support marketing leadership with scheduling, daily operations and high-level administrative tasks.
• Process optimization: continuously maintain and improve marketing operations processes.

Required profile

• Meticulous organization and attention to detail, able to handle invoices, contracts and calendars without error.
• Strong communicator who can lead conversations with Finance and Legal and turn marketing needs into operational execution.
• Proactive problem solver who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a role combining operations, finance/budgeting and administrative or executive assistant duties.

What we offer

• Base compensation of $65,000-$85,000 with a bonus.
