Content Marketing Manager

About the role

The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to bring its mission of healthier buildings and organizations to life. The role is a hybrid, with an expectation to work from the New York City office when needed. It covers everything from thought leadership to product and customer education, working with sales and education teams so that content builds both pipeline and community.

Key responsibilities

• Own content strategy from top of funnel to conversion, turning business goals into a content roadmap that grows the WELL community and fuels pipeline.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and workflows, embedding AI-assisted ideation, production and distribution into the content engine.
• Lead ideation, scripting, filming and editing of video content for social and other platforms.
• Create marquee content and derivative assets such as guides, tutorials, articles, videos, webinars, case studies and thought leadership.
• Elevate customer stories and case studies, and partner with IWBI thought leaders to craft narratives around the institute's mission.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy and video production.
• Agile, self-driven, results-oriented approach; able to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Finalists may be asked to complete a brief 2-3 hour assignment.

Required skills

• Strong video storyboarding, production and editing skills.
• AI fluency with Claude, Gemini and/or other AI tools.
