Growth Operator - Paid Media & Funnel Optimization

About the role

A remote, full-time contractor position for a proactive, results-driven Growth Operator who takes full ownership of paid media campaigns and lead generation funnels. The role goes beyond traditional media buying: the operator identifies growth opportunities, runs creative experiments, optimizes conversion rates and owns measurable business results. Pay is $1,200-$1,600 USD per month depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across lead generation accounts
• Develop and run continuous creative testing and A/B testing strategies
• Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements
• Optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, surveys and qualification funnels
• Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates and customer acquisition costs
• Generate new testing hypotheses and identify winning creatives and strategies
• Work with sales teams to improve lead quality and customer acquisition
• Prepare weekly performance reports, testing roadmaps and recommendations

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing and Lead Generation
• Demonstrated success managing and optimizing paid campaigns
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of results and communicate proactively about challenges
• Advanced English level (C1, C2)
• US-based experience

Required skills

• Creative testing, A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Landing page, form and funnel optimization
• Understanding of CPL, CAC and conversion rates
• Analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Written communication, documentation and reporting
