Marketing Manager – Brand & Business Development

About the role

The Marketing & Business Development Manager drives brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth across all ServiceMaster by Neverman divisions, linking marketing, sales, operations and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Increase brand visibility and market awareness across service areas.
• Generate qualified leads to support revenue targets.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Manage digital, traditional and relationship‑marketing channels for demand generation.
• Provide sales teams with collateral, presentations and tools.
• Plan and execute high‑impact events, trade shows and community sponsorships.
• Oversee social media, SEO, PPC, website content and online reputation.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and create content such as blogs, newsletters and case studies.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets and performance reporting.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development or communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
• Experience coordinating events, trade shows and sponsorship programs.
• Strong analytical skills to measure ROI and campaign performance.
