About the role

Constellation Marketing, a digital marketing firm focused on SEO and digital advertising for law firms, is hiring a Client Strategist for its Client Strategy team. This is a 100% remote, client-facing role where you retain and grow a defined roster of clients by delivering exceptional service and exceeding performance goals. You act as the main point of contact, guiding clients through onboarding, evaluating their performance and shaping strategy together with the fulfillment teams. The role requires working US business hours.

Key responsibilities

Conduct monthly strategy reviews and present the results to your clients
Evaluate client performance, identify improvement opportunities and guide overall strategy
Coordinate with fulfillment teams on client requests or concerns
Take part in team meetings and trainings
Communicate proactively and respond quickly to client needs

Required profile

Account management professional with at least 3 years of experience in an agency setting
Working knowledge of SEO, PPC and website development
Excellent written and verbal communication, organized and detail-oriented
Bonus: legal industry experience
