Marketing & Events Coordinator

About the role

Anatomage, a health care technology company founded in 2004, is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing and Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate and run its trade shows and exhibitions. You will lead project management, handle travel and resource coordination, track budgets and run targeted marketing campaigns, acting as a liaison with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Production and Application teams. The position is hybrid: 4 days per week onsite at the San Jose headquarters and 1 day remote, with local candidates preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans for marketing and event activities
• Organize marketing activities to promote events and order marketing materials
• Manage event schedules, coordinate resources, travel and logistics, and create new events
• Respond to questions and concerns from event attendees
• Develop policies, procedures and staff training
• Track and report event spending and budgeting
• Collaborate with accounting, application, marketing and production teams and assist them on projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience working, planning or managing events
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication
• Strong presentation skills, time management and analytical thinking
• Ability to travel by car and plane for events, and to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; local candidates preferred
