Junior Digital Marketing Intern - Social Media & Talent Data

About the role

Apogee Global RMS is seeking a detail-oriented, organized and proactive Digital Marketing and Talent Relations intern to support its digital content presence and keep accurate, high-quality talent data in its internal systems. The role suits students or early-career professionals wanting hands-on experience in digital marketing, content coordination and operational support within a fast-growing advisory environment. It is based in San Jose.

Key responsibilities

• Social media coordination on LinkedIn: monitor industry leaders and talent profiles, identify top insights and thought-leadership content, and curate and repost relevant content to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
• YouTube and video support: help coordinate and organize video content, apply Apogee branding to speaker or executive reels using basic editing tools, and support the rollout and organization of new video series and digital assets.
• Talent database upkeep: maintain internal tracking files and talent records, update bios, headshots and video links, and ensure backend systems and website-ready content stay accurate and current.

Required profile

• Availability for a minimum of 12-16 weeks, at 20 hours per week.
• Unpaid internship.
• Excellent written communication skills for captions and short-form content.
• Highly organized, detail-driven, able to manage deadlines and follow structured workflows.
• Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Basic video packaging and editing skills with Canva, iMovie, CapCut or similar tools.
• Comfortable using Google Docs and Google Sheets.
