Marketing Director – JCK & Luxury Events

About the role

The Marketing Director – JCK & Luxury Events will shape and execute the strategic marketing vision for the flagship JCK jewelry exhibition and its ultra‑curated Luxury segment. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive brand positioning, audience growth and exhibitor acquisition while ensuring a seamless, high‑impact experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead integrated marketing strategies for JCK and Luxury brands.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, data & analytics, digital, registration and creative teams to deliver omnichannel campaigns.
• Create annual marketing plans, brand messaging frameworks and audience acquisition tactics.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data and optimize spend to achieve revenue targets.
• Mentor and develop marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Align marketing initiatives with exhibitor acquisition goals and growth segments.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing for large‑scale events or exhibitions.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate business priorities into actionable campaigns.
