Marketing Director, JCK and Luxury Events

About the role

The Marketing Director for JCK and Luxury Events will shape and execute the strategic marketing vision for a portfolio of premier jewelry and luxury exhibition brands. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive brand positioning, audience growth and revenue while delivering exceptional experiences for attendees, exhibitors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead integrated marketing strategies that increase audience acquisition, exhibitor engagement and overall brand equity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Data & Analytics, Digital, Registration and creative teams to deliver cohesive omnichannel campaigns.
• Create annual marketing plans, brand positioning statements and messaging frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with Sales to develop tactics that support exhibitor acquisition and growth segments.
• Establish, track and report on key performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop marketing team members, fostering a culture of innovation and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading strategic marketing for large‑scale events or consumer brands.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, operations, analytics and digital teams.
• Data‑oriented mindset with experience translating insights into measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring marketing professionals.
