About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will support day‑to‑day marketing initiatives for both the New Orleans Saints (NFL) and New Orleans Pelicans (NBA). This position acts as a brand champion, ensuring consistent representation across all channels while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage creative asset trackers and coordinate delivery for major NFL and NBA campaigns.
- Serve as the primary contact for routing creative assets to Sales, PR, Community, Partnerships, and other departments.
- Research sports industry trends and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure brand guidelines are correctly applied by internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain positive relationships with all internal partners.
- Independently oversee projects such as internal recap presentations, promotional item creation, and asset development for special events and international activations.
Required profile
- Four‑year degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of brand marketing or advertising experience in a support or assistant capacity.
- Excellent project‑management abilities and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong understanding of brand fundamentals.
- Adaptable learner able to quickly pick up new projects.
