Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Social & Search

About the role

OrthoSynetics is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its digital advertising team. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid social and paid search campaigns for orthodontic and pediatric dental practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Perform daily account management of paid social accounts and generate new campaigns.
• Analyze analytics data to adjust campaigns and improve performance.
• Create weekly and monthly client reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate on ad copy, creative assets, and set client goals.
• Build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, bid management, and landing‑page testing.
• Prepare and present performance reports and ROI recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of paid media strategy, execution, and reporting experience, preferably at an advertising agency.
• Experience managing moderate to large‑scale paid media accounts.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
