Paid Media Strategist

About the role

DelRicht Research is expanding its Paid Media team and seeks a full‑time Paid Media Strategist to drive patient enrollment for clinical trials. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns that connect potential patients with research opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple simultaneous clinical studies.
• Oversee six‑figure‑plus media budgets, making day‑to‑day decisions on pacing, allocation, targeting, and creative testing.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights, and adjust strategies to maximize enrollment impact.
• Collaborate with leadership on broader enrollment strategy, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
• Maintain flexibility to shift priorities quickly as study needs evolve.

Required profile

• Self‑directed individual contributor comfortable handling ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Ability to juggle multiple studies with differing patient populations, geographic focus, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills to present recommendations and business cases.

Required skills
