Marketing Consultant for Language Immersion School (1099)

About the role

Colorado International Language Academy (CILA) seeks an experienced Marketing Consultant on a 1099 basis to design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that boosts visibility, enrollment and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current branding, website, social media and communications; develop a 12‑month marketing plan with goals, KPIs and a calendar aligned to the enrollment cycle.
• Recommend and oversee a website redesign or refresh to improve SEO, usability and conversion of prospective families.
• Create a social‑media strategy, content calendar and platform recommendations to showcase student learning, cultural experiences and school events.
• Define consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Design enrollment‑focused outreach tactics, including digital advertising, community partnerships and referral programs.
• Produce marketing content such as website copy, email campaigns, newsletters, print materials and promotional assets.
• Implement analytics tools, track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to administration.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably for schools or nonprofit organizations.
• Strong writing, editing and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate with school leadership.
