Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager supports Contexture’s strategic goals by leading both strategic and tactical MarCom activities, including internal and external communications, product marketing, copywriting, social media, public relations, and event support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage education and awareness campaigns, including content creation, webinars, email campaigns, social media, community outreach, and media relations.
• Create success stories, use cases, member profiles, and impact reports to highlight human‑interest initiatives.
• Produce lead‑generation assets such as white papers, infographics, e‑guides, and blogs to support sales, recruitment, and account management.
• Support sales and recruitment through strategic tactics, measurement, and deployment.
• Conduct product marketing activities: market analysis, lead generation, content development, campaign execution, internal training, and performance measurement.
• Provide marketing support for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other events.
• Write and edit newsletters, blogs, and social media posts, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Manage Contexture’s social media presence and thought‑leadership in the healthcare IT sector.
• Develop educational content and assist speakers for virtual, local, and national conferences.
• Coordinate vendors and freelancers to meet communication needs.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of Marketing & Communications experience, preferably in healthcare or health‑human services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven multi‑channel marketing expertise across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.
• Strong technical and creative writing, design, project management, and time‑management abilities.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and cross‑functional team collaboration.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable presenting to diverse stakeholder groups.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
