Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Process Engineer will provide engineering leadership at the Aberdeen plant, driving continuous improvement and supporting process enhancements across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a network of resources to meet business goals and customer needs.
• Compile and review project scope, equipment specifications and other requirements.
• Lead and participate in continuous‑improvement projects focused on process, product and quality.
• Organize and execute projects using project‑management skills.
• Support site and focus‑factory resources with process improvements.
• Monitor key customer needs and process capabilities, reporting project status and costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical preferred).
• Experience in a manufacturing or process‑engineering environment.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated engineering and technical competence.
