Production Resources – 12‑Hour Shift at Processing Plant

About the role

Production Resources work on a 12‑hour shift at Ocean Spray’s Markham Processing Plant, handling sanitation, equipment operation and product inspection to ensure high‑quality dried cranberries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning and sanitation of the facility and equipment (hosing floors, sweeping spills, etc.).
• Screen final product for foreign material and create appropriate documentation.
• Operate extraction, infusion, filtering, and packaging equipment.
• Perform quality tests and practice 5S housekeeping.
• Assist other personnel and perform duties such as dumping re‑staged product, sorting product, and opening finished product for re‑entry.

Required profile

• Availability to support a 24/7 operation with rotating weekends off.
• Basic mathematical knowledge and computer basics.
• Written and oral communication skills.
• Forklift certification (required) and willingness to train as needed.
