Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will provide leadership for plant operations quality, shaping strategy and driving continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering, operations and customer service teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide total quality management advice and set short‑term strategic direction for the plant.
• Lead development and execution of plant quality strategies aligned with global vision.
• Partner with engineering, operations and customer service to ensure product conformance to design data and requirements.
• Drive reduction of customer complaints, cost of quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day FAA PMA operations and supervise issuance of Authorized Release Documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum seven years of plant quality or manufacturing operations experience.
• At least two years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience leading internal and external ISO audits.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performance teams and implement continuous improvement.

Required skills

• ISO audit expertise.
• FAA PMA operational knowledge.
• Lean implementation experience.
