About the role
Join Gerdau’s production team in Wilton, Iowa, where you will help maintain a safe and efficient work environment while supporting material handling and entry‑level operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain good housekeeping and a safe work area in the department.
- Manually unload and store materials as directed.
- Assist others in the performance of their duties.
- Provide temporary relief for entry‑level positions.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in extreme conditions (hot, humid, dirty).
- Preferred: exposure to the manufacturing industry and ability to work rotating shifts.
