Manager, Trade Marketing

About the role

The Trade Marketing Manager will bring Anheuser‑Busch’s portfolio to life across wholesalers, retailers, venues and events. This role blends trade marketing, activation, sponsorship and execution leadership, requiring creativity, strong communication and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑premise strategy, own channel performance and identify execution opportunities with wholesalers.
• Drive brand planning, sampling execution, event and venue activations, and manage sponsorship negotiations and budgets.
• Partner with top wholesalers to ensure plan execution and own KPIs for on‑premise plans.
• Implement brand programming in off‑premise channels to grow volume and share.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required and a valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to build relationships with distributors, account decision‑makers and internal stakeholders.
• High level of product and beer‑industry knowledge, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication, comfortable presenting to groups.
