Manager, Trade Enablement

About the role

The Trade Enablement Manager is a high‑visibility position within the National Trade Marketing organization, responsible for accelerating the use of data, analytics, automation, AI and digital tools to improve business performance and simplify ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into performance, budgeting, project status and execution.
• Leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to modernize Trade Marketing processes, simplify workflows and enhance productivity.
• Consolidate and translate complex data from multiple sources into clear insights, risks, opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Lead national operating rhythms, planning routines and governance processes to ensure alignment and execution against key priorities.
• Facilitate business meetings and stakeholder forums, managing agendas, communications and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, sales operations, commercial strategy or related fields.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Self‑starter with high ownership, adaptability and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Required skills

• Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard development, data modeling and automation.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, visualization and reporting.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve productivity and decision‑making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and AI‑enabled applications.
