Marketing Campaign Strategy Manager – New Business Acquisition

About the role

The Marketing Campaign Strategy Manager, New Business Acquisition will design and execute multi‑channel campaigns to attract, engage and convert prospects for our College product portfolio. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, leveraging AI tools to personalize outreach and drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch comprehensive acquisition campaigns across digital, email, paid media and experiential channels.
• Develop messaging, landing pages, email sequences and promotional assets tailored to prospect segments.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets and performance analysis from concept through post‑campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Sales teams to ensure lead quality and smooth handoff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager with multi‑channel campaign execution.
• 2–4 years of project management experience.
• Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Salary range $85,000 – $100,000 per year.
