Brand Ambassador – Metro NY & Surrounding Areas

About the role

Join MKTG as a Brand Ambassador to represent high‑profile brands at events across Metro New York, the five boroughs and Long Island. You will engage consumers, educate them about products, and help increase brand awareness during evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces, distribute premium items, and manage on‑site logistics.
• Engage consumers in conversation about brand preferences, conduct sampling (where legal), and collect feedback.
• Maintain relationships with bar and retail staff, report event insights, and complete post‑event recaps.
• Follow company policies, responsible server guidelines, and ensure proper care of uniforms and promotional materials.

Required profile

• Must be 21 years or older, possess a valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work 20+ hours per week, primarily Thursday‑Saturday evenings (4 pm‑12 am).
• Comfortable standing, walking and carrying trays or boxes for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills, pleasant demeanor under stress, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

What we offer

• Starting pay $35 +/hr, up to $40 +/hr based on skills.
• Mileage and expense reimbursement where applicable.
