Manager - Quality Control

About the role

As the Manager – Quality Control you will lead the inspection and testing of materials, parts and products, ensuring they meet internal and customer quality standards. You will drive continuous improvement of the quality management system and act as the primary point of contact for customer‑related quality issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute the Quality Management System.
• Direct the activities of the quality department.
• Oversee corrective‑action processes to resolve quality issues.
• Lead communication with customers to define and implement corrective actions.
• Develop plans to expand the QMS in support of business growth.
• Report operational performance using statistical methods.
• Continuously improve quality‑control processes to increase product quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
• Validate quality processes by establishing specifications, measuring production, documenting evidence, and updating quality‑assurance procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience (5 years preferred).
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience (3 years preferred).
• In‑depth knowledge of quality‑control procedures and legal standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of mathematics, data analysis and statistical methods.
• Ability to organize schedules, analyze complex data and calibrate precise measurements.
• Problem‑solving, communication and team‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
