Manager, Patient Relationships & Adherence

About the role

The Manager, Patient Relationships & Adherence leads the patient‑marketing initiatives for Veloxis Pharmaceuticals in the United States. Reporting to the Senior Director, this role drives tactics that improve uptake and adherence to products such as TARPEYO and Envarsus XR, working closely with patient advocacy groups and internal commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate bi‑weekly meetings with patient advocacy organizations, manage agendas, notes and follow‑ups.
• Attend workshops and national meetings of advocacy groups, including occasional weekend travel.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director to evaluate sponsorship opportunities, allocate advocacy budget and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Develop and provide brand‑specific requests and MLR‑approved content for external partners.
• Support market research activities and generate insights to inform patient‑focused marketing plans.

• Patient‑focused mindset with a strong desire to grow within a patient marketing team.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal functions and external partners, including advocacy groups.
• Strategic execution capability within a U.S. commercial organization.
